Booking Terms & Conditions

TARIFFS: Are subject to change without notice.

DEPOSITS: Minimum $150 deposit or 25% of total - Low Season within 5 working days of booking. Minimum 25% deposit for Mid-Peak seasons within 5 working days of booking. Balance must be paid on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less a 12% administration fee will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in Mid/Peak season or 14 days notice all other times. There is no refund for early departure.

PAYMENT:  Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos, Money Order, Cash or other arrangement approved by management.

CHECK IN: After 2.00pm - or by prior arrangement

CHECK OUT: By 10.00am - or by prior arrangement.

LATE CHECK OUT: Subject to availability. Small fee applicable.

TARIFF QUOTED: For up to 4 persons. 5th or 6th (where available), $35.00 p.w. or part thereof.
